OUR HISTORY

 

On October 14, 2001 Manuel Garcia followed the call of God to leave his position as the assistant Pastor of a church in
Milford CT, and return to Bridgeport to establish a church where anyone could come and freely worship
God. He began to have home services in Bridgeport on October 16, 2001 and that's how Iglesia Renacer, Inc.
was born. Soon we outgrew the capacity of the homes and began to look for a location to hold services.
We were holding service at various church locations over the years, but we felt the need for our own
church location. After many years of searching and look at many locations, God sent a word to the
church on the location and parameters where he wanted the us.
On May 1, 2013 God privileged us with the ability to purchase our own location here in Bridgeport.
We now hold bi-lingual services for the glory of God and invite you to come and worship with us at anytime.
